You can locate property currently for sale using any of the
following methods:
FYI: Did you know you
can search the public MLS database yourself? However, you will not have as many search options as
member real estate agents do; you
won't receive valuable information on the listing such as the
listing history, price changes, days on the market, etc.; plus you will be
forced to contact the seller's agent to obtain the
address! For these reasons, it's wise to allow a realtor to perform
searches for you. Or conduct your own search, then provide me
with the MLS # and I can send you the inside information that can be very
beneficial for a buyer to know. I can also setup hot sheets to immediately notify you
when new listings appear, or of price changes. Additionally,
through broker networking and industry connections I may have
information on property for sale that a seller has chosen not to
list on the MLS.
Important! The seller has an agent representing
their best interests and you should definitely have an agent
with fiduciary responsibility to represent your best interests
in the buying process as well! Not only is it unwise to
buy a home without buyer representation or to use the same agent
that's representing the seller, there's simply no reason for you
not to have professional buyer representation. It doesn't cost
you the buyer anything. So, let me help you
find exactly what you're looking for by representing your
best interest in the home search, negotiation, inspection, purchase,
and closing process. I may be able to save you thousands of
dollars! |
